...why they are releasing it might be because of trouble with their DPP (direct port programming)...
I believe its been cases with cars that have cold start trouble etc. So basicly fix yourself...

I wonder if this is somethink that could be used for us audi-guys that are n-DBW ? ?
I hope!
And I hope RPM-specific AF and ignition timings are posible!
OEM Standalone :)

If this offers the flexibility I want(which it sounds like it will) I may dump GIAC's t28 tuning and go with this setup and a dyno tune with a wideband. Hopefully it will be ready for the public by the time my new motor is broken in.

I'm sure it will work great for the majority of people, but probably not for me.

My demands are simple, it has to offer the following:

MAF transfer function alteration
Timing Table via RPM AND Load
Fuel Table via RPM AND Load
Injector and FPR adjustments
RPM limit
Cold Start Enrichment
Idle

You could alter the MAF function via the fuel table, but it would be a HUGE PITA to do.

a simpler alternative might be to borrow someone's APR stage 3 ECU and run an OEM MAF housing....and TT injectors if the PES kit injectors have a different flow rate. Especially since you have a 2000 which has some more agressive and less agressive programs to try. I wonder if this would work?
