some ideas. I live about a mile from the guys that helped you with your last project. They have become good friends lately. I am learning a lot, and they are very helpful. I am planning on using a T3 as well. I found a manifold from vwturbo.com. (any other sources) I am still looking into injectors. Have you found any that can flow the needed fuel. Spearco has a new intercooler core that has a 2.25 inch width that I may use for a FMIC. IIRC it is 18*2.25*18. If you want to swap ideas e-mail me, and maybe we can put something good together.

...just use the Ford Motorsports 30lb (310cc) or 36lb injectors and a custom chip from GIAC. I might not be putting the T3/T04E in and going with a buildup of a 4000Q with a 20V turbo in it. Trying to figure the budget and timeline while fixing my tow vehicle (which would need to be done first if that is my direction).

Because I am looking at doing a T04 T3 when i get my Bug this summer.
Anyone want a nice red A4?
But that is just what I have heard. BTW I dont think 310 injectors will be enough. I am maxed out with the PES kit using 440's. I am now looking to move up to 530-550 injectors.

so you'll need larger injectors if you're going to be making more than ~250Hp. Anyhting above 80-85% duty cycle and the injector behaves non linearly.
He said NO. So why do one on someone elses car that pretty much uses the same stuff. I dont think APR would do a chip for someone that did a custom GT28 kit and then asked for a chip. It is called buisness.
