Maybe I'm nuts, but I can tell a difference here in SA with the temps in the upper 60's in the AM. Car seems way more punchy! Big diff. from 80+ deg mornings.

On my Maxima SE, I've noticed that it runs extremely well around dusk. Obviously, this is during the hot summer months in Houston (from March to November).

The car has a huge extra kick when it hits 4000 rpm. And yes, the cooler weather we are having does make driving more enjoyable (Audi or not). The heat does rob HP from the engine.

BTW, our MY00 should dock around 9/24. WHOOP!

The past couple of mornings it has been in the 60's here in Jacksonville, NC, and the days have been in the 70's. Very noticeably difference even with the A/C on...but don't need it so even bigger difference, plus get to enjoy the fresh air with open windows and roof. One more reason to love the Fall.

After ratracing and screwing around with turbo/intercooled Buick powered cars I can't wait for the temp. to drop. In the GN it's like an a major shot of No2 without the blown head gaskets and melted pistons. I can't wait to get my hands on my wife's 1-week old A4 when it cools off. Damn... I'm in Florida... Real turbo weather is about two months away! Enjoy!

Here in the D.C. area we had a brisk morning, upper 50's. I am driving my A4 to work and thinking, the car seems a lot peppier today. Going up a ramp I realize what is going on and think, if this is what a chip is like, I have got to have one! Too bad this effect can't be duplicated on those 95º days.
