Are there any tuners in the KC area? If so, what do they work with? APR, GIAC, someone else? I live in Lawrence and any help would be greatly appreciated.

don't know how much it's been built up in the past 20 years since i left KC, but going south out of leavenworth, tiny highway 5 used to be a rare set of 'twisties' in kansas, (off hwy 7 between leavenworth and lansing.) had great fun flogging my old scirocco....
and in that same general area, check out weston, MO, home of McCormick Distillery, if they still give tours and samples of the bourbon, it's a great day drive.

How much cash are you talking about? I have a 2000 1.8TQM, if that's the correct model. I'm pretty sure I'll be included in a GIAC group buy today, but if that falls through, I'd love to check out an APR. Let me know, whenever.
