after seeing it up on a rack (to risky putting my head under the car w/ only OEM jack) completely blown oil all over.

How in the hell did I do that?

and now have to run 4th & final rounds of NorCal Slush series Auto-X like this. everyone around is going to the Big SEMA show in vegas (damn)
wish me luck.

Easy to do on rough track/road with lowered springs, etc....... Especially the fronts!

Thank God for Bilsteins warranty!

the local tuner guys were looking at me, going "Damn, never seen that before"???

and I'm sure it happens rather frequently?

You guys haven't experienced anything :0

My Tockico dirtras flaked chrome into the seals. Used 9 up before the son of a famous rally driver decided that he wouldn't honor the warranty on these. (Had to use them on the 323gtx.)

Koni dealers are almost as awful: "They never go bad." What's all this oil then?

Conclusion: Buy Bilstein, or Koni numbered race shocks.
