I'm sure this has already been answered, but is there an aftermarket unit that is compatible with the headunit/pre-wiring?

If you have a 98 or later model year with the Concert unit, there are 2 Panasonic units you can use, but you need a special adapter. I believe the model numbers are DP-601 (6 CD) and DP-801 (8 CD).
