OK. This really sucks. I've had my silver 99.5 for only 2 weeks, and already, I screwed up the rear bumper. I scraped some paint off the back corner of the bumper. Scratches go for like 2-3 inches, and I can see a bunch of black underneath the paint.
The car is leased, what are my options?
Give it to me straight... how much is this gonna cost? Will they likely repaint the entire bumper? I don't think rubbing compound is gonna fix this!
Any help is appreciated.

Try contacting one these places that does paintless dent removal, many of them also do minor bumper repairs via airbrushing. I used to be a used car manager at a inner city store in Chicago, so every car came in with bumper rash. I usually paid about $50 to $100 for their work. Even small gauges they will fill with an epoxy filler and airbrush to match and blend. Now be carefull not to wax that area ever too agressively since it will never be as hard as the factory paint. Or you can go the professional body shop route, pay .5 for the scrap repair, and 2.5 for refinshing + materials... approx $300 to $350.
Just what did you scrape up against and are you sure that the damage is through the paint as opposed to just on the paint. If you scraped up against another car with black plastic or rubber bumpers, you will often get black streaks or "scrapes" on a painted bumper which can look pretty bad are not actually through the paint. If the former is the case, just use a bug and tar remover or a cleaner wax to remove the streaks. So long as the scrapes are not completely through the paint and depending on the exact nature of the damage, a little buffing can go a long way.
I cleaned most of the scratchs, but there are 3 areas with NO paint. I can see the black underneath the paint. One is about 1 cm square, and the other 2 are only a few mm. Now, my friend said that they can spot paint the bumper since it was so no. Anyone know about this?
