Looking to purchase an A4 in the days ahead. Anyone recommend a dealer in the DC area that will treat me fairly? Thanks!

I heard the one at Rockville is great. Anyone who has dealt with them want to help out here?

Yes, I just placed an order for an A4 1.8 TQMS with Rockville Porsche/Audi. Bob Brown was my salesman--I recommend him.
Also, Mike Mauer at Heishman's is an enthusiast/salesman. He's very, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, Heishman's was not as quick to agree to the price I was willing to pay.
I think the secret is to do some homework, decide what price is fair, and do some phoning to see if you can get a dealership to agree to your price. If you'd rather not do the dickering yourself, go with Car Bargains (www.checkbook.org).

I can also recommend Heishman's. Chick Stanton was my salesman; I've known him for a few years before buying, through the Porsche Club. He's an enthusiast, former SCCA racer, and a very upfront guy. My 98 Avant buying experience was very pleasant.

Hi,
I'm currently dealing with Rockville Porsche/Audi on Rte 355 (Rocville Pike). My salesman is Chip Bozga - great guy. I got a decent deal pricewise ($1300 over invoice which amounts to a little over 5%). Initially I ordered a car with the options I wanted, but it turns out it will take much longer than they promised (they said 3 months and now it's been almost 4). Other than this they've been great - no hassles and no BS.
Good luck on your purchase and please mention my name if you talk to them, maybe I'll get another small break when I finally get the car :)
I could tell you more, so if you really are interested, please email me.
Andrei
