I'm not sure just what you're looking for or when you hope to pick it up, but I know my local dealer is taking delivery on a black S4 with the black and silver alcantera interior. Pretty much all the options as well, with the exception of the NAV system. To the best of my knowledge they do not have a customer for that car at this time. You might try contacting them:

I'm friends with the Moffitt family and helped spec out the car. I'm supposed to have lunch with them this week, if you want I'll nose around and find out if they have a buyer and when they expect delivery. They might even be able to arrange delivery for you in St. Louis. I think they may also be getting a silver one with the same interior, but I'll have to check.
