Does anyone know if there are any nearby places to get your A4 serviced in Valenica or do you have to trek further in to LA (i.e Santa Monica/Beverly Hills/Pasadena)

I know there is a VW dealer in Valencia, but I don't know if they can service Audis. Good luck, let me know who you use and if you have a good experience, I will need service soon and will probably use Keyes or the one in Woodland Hills.

Just got a job out in Valencia, starts in Nov, plan to get silver 1.8T QMS/xenons/bose/sideguard. Right now I've got to plan the whole move to California from the UK...argh

Already had a test drive while I was out there at Rusnak Pasadena. Salesman was really great despite my age (23) and the fact that I wan't going to commit that day. Which is why I was surprised to see such bad comments about Rusnak in the archives.

Actually I used to work up there. At Princess Cruises. But anyways, I'd give Keyes another chance. They seem to have remodeled and are under new management.
Rusnak's sales guys are great, their service dept. sucks only because they're overworked. (Opposite of Keyes) They've sold practically every other Audi in SoCal so people think they're service dept. must be good too and mob the place.
