Just took delivery of my new 99.5 Silver 1.8T last thursday. Car is great. Love the looks, inside and out. I'm leasing it, and would like to install my CD changer. I have a kenwood changer, with controller and FM modulator. I used to have it in my 300ZX w/the stock Bose Cassette head unit.

My question is, Can I take it to the store, and have them install it? Will their be any issues removing the stock radio and putting it back in after CD changer is hooked up? Is there some type of code or something?

You can do it but it will not use the OEM radio's controls. You will have to use the controller that came with the changer. Other than that you should not have too much problem.

You will need to punch in the security code when you re-install your stock radio. The code should be located in your manual. There is a separate manual for the stock (Concert) headunit.
