I guess it's on the interior B-pillar area. The plastic part that holds the seat belt hinge on top is having sticky black goo oozing out of the seam between the two plastic parts. Now the area is rattling too. Back to the dealership I guess.

you touched it, it turned to a black grease mess. I found that armor all interior cleaner did a good job of cleaning it up. Only a few of these occurred and I haven't seen it since. I wonder if it is the same thing?
