When I really push my 99.5 2.8 hard off the line, the brake light flashes and beeps at me, but then goes away when I let off the acceleration once I am at a cruising speed. Could it be the brake fluid sloshing (I know, not a technical term) around in the reservoir causing the sensor to get tripped? It only does this when I really hammer the accelerator. Do I need to top off the reservoir?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

I had an intermittent "BRAKE LIGHT" warning, and in my case it turned out to be an intermittent bulb. I think it simply measures the resistance on the two sides, and if it exceeds some limit, the warning illuminates.
There may be a separate warning for low brake fluid, but I am fairly certain that "BRAKE LIGHT" only indicates that a bulb is out.

corresponds to fluid - not a lamp. Take a look at your manual. I don't know what to do about it, I'm going to take it to the dealer next week.
Good Luck,
