ok, i was thumbing through the dupont registry today at the grocery store and stumbled upon some cool info. there is a company that imports xenon lights for the a4 in the U.S. the company specializes in xenon headlights for european cars and in its ad, it had the replacement lights for the a4...they look similar to the bellof xenon lights on the axis a4 featured in european mag this month...since i just dropped 500 bucks into the european bosch versions, i am not going to upgrade anytime soon...my wife was in a hurry, so i did not get the number, but just look at the latest dupont for info...the ad is halfa page and shows many headlight assembly styles...
joe
1.8TQMS wett 1.0/k&n/brullen/etc....
The company you are reffering to is Art.Xenon.. Actually the picture that you see is not for the A4, it's the unit for the A6.. I spoke to them and they still don't have the unit available yet..
If your still interested in xenon you can still upgrade your bosch unit if you like, with a xenon conversion kit.
Dmak 1.8TQMS
What are the tangible benefits of xenon? Everytime I see a car with one, all I notice is the weird color.
Is this just conspicuous consumption? If so, of headlights? There are certainly more obvious ways to let people know you're willing to spend big money.
How do you like your brullen (Lltek) exhaust? Noticable power gains? At what revs?
worth the money?
