After reading about the problems TTGolfer and Mia had with Cherry Hill Imports, recalling the poor service I experienced with Negherbon Porsche/Audi (Northern California), and numerous other complaints, I was wondering if we needed to create some sort of "Dealer Review" database.
We would need some sort of form entry page, and the dB would need to be clean and relatively simple. To be even more effective, we could use the same questionnaire that Audi uses when they call to check on your delivery or service, and then send the output to Audi of America once a quarter. (I think could probably get a copy of the questionnaire.) Audi claims to care about what we think of their dealers as their representatives, so it's time we tell them in an organized fashion -- both the good and the bad.
Don't get me wrong; I love my car, warts and all. But I'd like a comparable level of service from my dealer. Would Audiworld support this? Comments?
