I see talk of 94 octane gas in here from time to time. I've never seen more then 92 on a pump in Seattle (which my last car also required).

Any Puget Sound folks know if we have anyone selling 94 octane?

I haven't seen any, but then I am in East King County. I have wondered the same thing.

As of three weeks ago, most Belgian and Dutch gas stations were selling 94 octane gas (yes, at the equivalent sof $3.75 to $4.25 a US! gallon). My guess is that the cars destined for the US for sale will run on 92 ocatne and can be readily tuned for that by service centers. Ask a German car fixit facility or a dealer. Let us know, please! Jay
