I called my dealer today to leave a message asking if there was any new info about my 2000 1.8TQ. again he has failed to get back to me. This on it's own would not really worry me except for the fact that he has NEVER gotten back to me. He has never called me even at times when he was supposed to. Now it's not like I'm some kind of dead beat who's not going to buy the car when it comes in... I've already ordered it and put $$$ down.

All I want is a F&#&@&% phone call!!!

Am I being too picky? Anyone else think this is poor Customer Service???
