Their dyno runs only show from 3200rpm and above. That doesn't show us squat! I want to see what the torque is from 0 to redline and the same with the H.P. curve. That's the only real way to see how each chip performs. I want to see if it stumbles, hunts around or is flat in ceratin areas. IMO, that just makes me believe that they are hiding something....

http://giacusa.com/images.dir/18.jpg</a

It is typical to see dyno shots from 3k to redline. In fact, if you visit a Dyno shop yourself, chances are you will get a 3 or 3.5k rpm to redline snap shot only. One reason to avoid slipping of the tires with the drum of the Dyno - maximizing static friction by letting giving the Dyno drum inertia and matching rpm with tires. Slippage causes hp readings lower than normal. If you see a Dyno going all the way down to zero, chances are, that is extrapolated. In fact, I can tell you what your horsepower and torque numbers are at 0 rpm. The rest, you can extrapolate yourself with a formula:
HP = (torque * rpm)/5250 - in hp and ft-lbs units.
