Just picked up my 01 225coupe and noticed that it makes a slight clicking/rattle sound just when getting ready to shift to next gear. Doesn't seem to do it when cold, but does it most of the time othersise. Doesn't seem to affect performance. Ideas? Heat shield?

It is less with the Bailey, but I still have it... discouraging - I know, but sadly, it is still there on my 180C (chipped).

If you figure it out let us ALL know. My performance, like yours, it not effected either.

Just had mine fixed for the second time by the Dealer. This time they installed an upgraded Presure Release Valve. Audi evidently has a new manufacturer. So far no noise.

makes a difference in sound level from Bailey...can be installed either way without effecting engine performance
