So I pull up to the pump. I try and pop the gas cap. No dice. None of the buttons in the center console work.

I made it to the dealer (luckily I was close) and they are looking at it.

I'm sure it's just a blown fuse, but still, why should a fuse blow with 2k miles on the car?

I have had a similar experience with my 225C. No buttons in the center console worked, had to manually pop the lid. After starting car again everything was fine - chalked it off to some weird electronic lock. If I would only RTFM I would likely find out what I did to lock out the buttons and then what reset them. Likely hit the master lock on the console but have not tried to duplicate.
