When I turn up the volume on my concert sterio it the bass sounds pretty bad, muffled kind of, i don;t hav the bass up that high either , it is possible that someone else who was driving my car had it up all the way though, so my question is, what is wrong with it? are the speakers gone? or the bass or something? and how do i fix it? thanks in advance.

I had the exact same problem. There was too much bass, even when I had it set at 0 or 1. The only way to compensate was to leave the volume low.

So I took my car in for the 1 year service and explained the problem. They replaced the rear speakers and insulated the rear right passenger speaker (above the trunk)to minimize vibrations.

The difference was absolutely amazing. My sound went from horrible to awesome. I love driving around and listening to music.
