I called your dealership and spoke with Vince Evans, who seems like a very nice guy. He said that your car was indeed one of the TTs that has been held at the port due to the lack of an EPA sticker. Apprarently, Federal Law prohibits release of these vehicles without this sticker, so it's not like they can release the car and mail you the sticker later.
So I'm told that the sticker has arrived, and been affixed to the car, and they are expecting it at the dealership by this Friday. I also told him it would be good PR to do something "extra" for you for your trouble, but that's up to him.
