My TT is finally here and feels just as good as I expected. It's still winter with lots of snow here in northern Finland and I won't be buying winter tires until next autumn so it's difficult and somewhat dangerous to drive the car for the next couple of weeks but that won't stop me from smiling like an idiot :-)

ESP works wonderfully and Bose sounds great. Yes, I know that most of you say that Bose lacks bass but I wonder if they have modified the system because my bass setting is 2 and that is more than enough bass for me. Spoiler doesn't look too bad and the new 5-spoke rims look really cool!

I know I'm spoiled because I had to wait for my TT only two and a half months but it sure felt like a lifetime...

In Finland we get a TT plate free of charge. Available plates were originally from TT 3 to TT 99. Unfortunately all good numbers were already taken so I just chose a nice-looking even number. I would have wanted TT 30 since I will be turning 30 in a few weeks and this car is my birthday present from me :-) I went through all the available numbers and this was the best one left.

I live in a city called Oulu in northern Finland. Finland is located in northern Europe (right next to Sweden and Norway) and I guess is most famous for its motor racing drivers such as Mika Hakkinen (Formula 1) and Tommi Makinen (Rally). By the way, Nokia is a Finnish company - great tires and mobile phones :-)

I actually bought the car from my old hometown Kajaani which is about 120 miles east of Oulu.

I also have the 5 spoke wheels and they do look great. It must be an optical illusion but the look bigger than the 6 spokes!?

I'm also very pleased with the colour of the car (Nimbus Grey) as I took a chance and ordered it without seeing it first.

Congratulations to you too on your roadster! It seems to me that here in Finlad every Audi dealer has a TT roadster on display and I can't blame them since it looks absolutely fabulous! Life is good, don't you think :-)

I hope you can post pics of your roadster very soon!
