I checked the archives and would like more info. I'm not fond of continental in FFLD (which is closer).

I have only been there once because my car is only 7K miles old, but they seemed to do a very good job taking care of my problems (sunroof molding coming loose, etc.) and gave me a nice A4 loner (just make sure you ask for a loaner when you schedule), they were friendly too.
