Quick background: My dealer already attempted to fix the same problem on my A4 4 times. My State's Lemon Law states that after only 3 attempts, I have the right to demand a refund or a replacement. I already sent the "lemon law" letter to AoA.

After 2 months, the regional technical rep will finally take a look at my car next week. My question is this, should I assume at this point that I will lose this car? Specifically, should I swap out my 17's for the OEM wheels? Should I remove all personal items?

What would you do? Thanks.

state's lemon laws, you would have that option. You certainly would be provided with the opportunity to change out or back any after market equipment and remove personal items - thats not really even an issue. What is the problem with your car? If it really can't be fixed, ditch the car and get another. Heretofore, whereas and caveat emptor!

...the other issue is that this problem only manifests itself when it is hot outside, about 80+ degrees. My fear is that once fall sets in, the problem disappears only to reappear next summer when my Lemon Law window will be closed.

Thanks for responding!

contain information on the requirements for each state. Return the car and get either a full refund or another car. Again, as a new A4 owner, what is your car's problem.

I have been patient with AoA and my dealer but as a result of the treatment I've received from them I have become paranoid. Post your email as I would rather not detail my experience here.
