My dealer (NMS) did a poor repair job on my wheels, (and we are into the 2nd turbo in 2 weeks(I know it's not the turbo)), when I challanged it, they suggested I take the car and if in a few months I am still unhappy they they can replace the wheels under warrantee. I indicated that Audi didn't cause the problem, and we will continue to discuss it. Now they won't resolve the wheel issue, and when I contacted Audi Customer Relations, for some support they told me it's not their problem, its a dealer issue.

I explained I was trying to keep Audi from being screwed by the dealer and expected some sort of backup. Audi does not care what happens but 'they can't intervene". I thought I was doing the right thing.

Now what?

That was my question, since replacing the first turbo (which had a bad bearing) still didn't solve the problem. Now the noise is pronounce when I shut the motor off. It sounds tinny like a motor mount is broken and the exhaust pipe is tapping the heat shield.

But what do I know after 20 + years of sports car building and racing, and God knows how many time I took turbo's off Mistu 2 liter cars.
