A couple of days ago I posted a message on this Forum stating that Len Hunt and Audi of America are unresponsive to the Audi customer. I stated in that posting that I had sent a letter to Mr. Hunt expressing praise for my dealership (Dieter Neu of Gurley-Leep in Elkhart, Indiana) and for an Audi representative (Tim Walker) and also expressing angst at the lack of Audi of America's responsiveness to the consumer. I was on the list for a Neiman-Marcus edition TT and had been told several different stories by several people. Even Audi's own correspondence with NM TT buyers contradicted the events pre-delivery. Without more needless digression, I received a letter just yesterday from Mr. Hunt's office that acknowledged my correspondence with AofA.
Mr. Hunt and the representatives of Audi of America please accept my apology for my previous post on this forum. It is quite frustrating to the owners of Audi products to feel that once the deal is done that no one remains on the other side of the table.
Cordially Yours,
John J. Szobocsan
