I've asked this before, but...does anyone know if the '00 model will have the mechanical and structural mods the Euro 99.5 did, i.e. body stiffeners, suspension mods, steering and braking improvements?

Also, with 99.5 and up, is the sport steering wheel all black, dashboard color, or two-tone?
