Does Anyone know when the 225 production starts in germany...<p>I presume the germans and other euro countries get it first, what are the est prod dates for germany/YOUR country ??

Mai june this summer is the last information.

In Sweden the latest information is that production starts tis summer OR fall. Audi Sweden can not produce more solid information than this.

The information I`ve had is that they start to produce the 225hp TT last week (9).<br>I`ve ordered mine 225hp in October 1998 and is on second place in the line, and they´ve got a production date but after a week they changed the day and now I´ve don´t know for sure. The guy who is before me got some kind of cerfiticate which allows him the first TT delivered in my town (Sweden). He´ve got this paper at the Frankfurt show 1995. Has anybody heard of this "cerfiticates" before????

From where did you get this information? If it's true it's somewhat sensational. All the information going around points to production start april AT THE EARLIEST, and more likely sometime this summer or fall, and delivery dates thereafter. I ordered mine in november and was told that I'm one of the first in Sweden. My dealer was in contact with the person responsible at Audi Swedens head office last week and summer or fall was all the information they had. If you're right, Mats, and I hope you are, I will certainly be a happy man. I was originaly told that I probably would get the car before summer -99, but they have NEVER (to their credit) given me a specific date.
