Having ordered the 225 ps version in november, I have become increasingly worried reading about the problems with the new haldex system on this forum and on the german forum carpenet.audi-tt. When asking my swedish dealer, they have no information about this problem, and they say that production will start in the summer or fall -99. Apparently the Swedish Rallycross champion Kenneth Hansen are using the exact same haldexsystem, same components, for his 4wd rallycross car with 500+ ps, which would indicate that if Audi have a problem, it is not with the 4wd system. So, summer or fall it is. I had high hopes of spending the summer on the road, but i guess i will have to wait...

At least one ordinary production 180 hp TT Quattro is already delivered to a customer here in Oslo. No problems with that one. <p>My dealer still insists my 225 will be built in April or May (first batch for Norway), for delivery a few weeks later.

I certainly hope your dealer is right about the production and delivery dates, Marius. It is strange though that the head office of Audi Sweden does not have this information. It would be pretty nice to have the first drive in june or july instead of november.

Production of the 225 Coupe Quattro will start end april. The delay for early orders would be about 4-6 month. The problem with the 225 was not the Haldex system.

Do you know the dates when each countries production slots are due for the 225 ??<p>I know the UK is supposed to be week 25.... Do you know germany ??
