I am lucky enough to be traveling to Maui the week of Feb.8th for the national Audi Dealer Meeting. The primary purpose of the Meeting is the official North American intro. of the TT. As such,AoA will lay out firm pricing,timtable for intro. of Roadster,225hp,TT Quattro,etc. They will also present the marketing strategy for the car(advertising,promotion,etc.),and will certainly reveal firm schedules for intro. of other new Audis. We're also looking forward to this meeing as the first major function for Len Hunt. Len is the new chief of AoA; he was formerly head of A.U.K. Gerd Klauss has been promoted to head honcho VWUS,and Len is his successor. Best of all,we'll spend a solid day DRIVING the car around the island of Maui;I can think of worse ways to spend my early February. So,rest assured that I'll absorb as much info. as possible from the top Audi brass about all things TT,and will pass same along to the Forum when I return.
