Park Place in Dallas screwed up a (now ex)neighbors A4 order also. They gave her a Toyota Camry to drive until her corrected order came in. If you need a car to drive, I'd approach them with this idea. I agree with the other posters, I personally doubt it was Audi's fault, but you'll probably never know. If your half as mad as she was, I feel your pain. She drove up to Dallas from SA (5 hours) just to find out the wrong interior was coming in a few days. This is after waiting several weeks after they'd told her when to expect her car. She'd also already sold her present car.

... but this whole thing has just soured my whole experience with audi. My salesman has been really nice to me ever since I ordered a car from him, I've stopped by the dealership to check up on my car and we've had some nice conversations, not even about cars, just about life, and then about Audis :). He thinks he found one now, and I'm waiting for his call back. If all works out, I may have overreacted. Hopefully that will be the case.
