I notised that when I start my cold engine both cool off blowers are running. I know that electrical blower shoudnt run with a cold engine and I wondered maybe someone konws what is wrong.

It might be a thermostat problem.

If the electric radiator fan comes on with a cold engine when you turn on the key, before you start the engine, the problem could be the thermal switch in the radiator.

The prefacelift models weren't really problematic to a thermostat issue. But if its still blowing when the A/C is off while the engine is cold, it could be as ttuling said, a thermal switch.
