Hello to the group! I have been an active follower of the group since I purchased my 1998 1.8T and it's been a good car since. I never really got into the modifications that brought out potential of the 1.8 motor as I read the postings on this group and was a bit apprehensive to do anything to it. All the 1.8T owners seemed to doing different things and there was no proven way to extract more power out of it. I love it dearly but and am seriously considering going and getting a 2.8QS in replacement. I drove my friends 2.8 and it was like another car, it was so smooth and appointed so much nicer. What do you guys think I should do? Keep the 1.8T or trade up to the 2.8?????
