I have morel 6.5 drivers. I cannot get them to physically fit in the stock location.

I am well aware that a custom mounting bracket must be fashioned. To that end, I made a model of the speaker, with a 3/4 MDF ring that would service as the mounting point for the driver.

But physically, the speaker is too deep to fit in the door with the windows down.

(what did u do, mount to door/frame, model of speaker)
