the trunk closing motor on my '04 8L quit working and trunk wont latch or stay closed..Any ideas?

Take to dealer, get loaner and tell them to call you when its fixed. Keep your receipt when you pick up. Repeat this up to 4 times, then file for lemon if gets that serious. Hope this helps.
