The Neuspeed chip that comes with the K04 kit is a 10-13 psi chip. By the seat of the pants I can tell you that a TAP Stage II (12.5psi) feels stronger and smoother, especially in the upper revs. Could not say who has the very best chip but I am going to dump the Neuspeed chip and go with either a stage III TAP or take another chance and try a Garrett chip that is custom tuned for the mods on the car. Ron's parts in Canada swears by the Garrett chip in his 270hp A4. I'll let you know what I end up doing and how it works out.
