This may have already been posted (I didn't see it), but I just got the latest AutoWeek and they say that the Nuvolari is slated for:

"Power comes form a twin-turbocharged version of the Lamborghini Gallardo's 5.0-liter V10 engine, enhanced to produce 600 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque at 2500 rpm."

All I can say, is WOW!!! A 3500 lb. Audi with an ASF and quattro, and 600 hp- I'm drooling all over myself. Now if they just performed a little rhinoplasty on that nose.....

According to this weeks Auto, Motor und Sport magazine here in Germany no final decision has been made yet but a Coupe based on the A8 platform could come with either the modified Lambo V10, as in the Nuvorali, The BiTurbo V8 from the RS6 or a blowen W12 as in the new Bentley.

Actually love the aggressive look and stance of the car, expecially the nose, or frontal area.
