Is it the same as the calendar week #?

My car is scheduled for Week 34 build. So if it's by the calendar, then that's <b>next week!!</b>

not everyone uses Saturday as the end of the week. My plant making LEDs in Penang used Thursday as the cutoff day for the workweek.
