After 16k my stock sports shock seems to very dead. The whole car seems to be very soft...a lot of body movements even on s turns. Are springs and shocks under warantee?

forget about if it is a mine vs service tech opinion as they'll claim it meets spec. Of course it the wheel bounces uncontrolbly that a different story.....
