View Full Version : Proper way to turn on/turn off Concert stereo unit Lucas 12-07-1998, 03:14 PM I heard that A8 in sydney has a sick auto in it now.
They were all talking about it in Melbourne.
And thats why they gave him a A6 this time.
Graham 12-08-1998, 02:14 AM Nah Lucas, its just an ugly rumour bout the gearbox on the A8!!
(I'll email you the real details separately)
Graham Rock C 01-12-1999, 06:05 PM I have a '98.5 A4 T1.8Q with the Concert stereo head unit w/ 6-CD changer. I was wondering what the proper way to turn on/turn off the unit should be. The owners manual states that one can leave the power button in the "on" position at all times, and the unit can then be turned on when starting the car, and then turned off when shutting the car off. This is the way I currently operate the unit. Does anyone think I am doing any damage to the unit? Please advise. Thanks. Andy Hedin 01-12-1999, 06:14 PM |
