Yes, finally received my loaded 1.8tQS Volcano/onyx A4 - and it's everything that I've dreamed of, but I waited Sat. for delivery that to arrive by noon. Got baloons from car order except no car yet. Dealer called though to say the truck will be two hours late. Didn't arrive until 5 p.m. Driver said he didn't have my correct phone,and had mechanical problems, yeah right.

Couldn't get the tow hooks off =underneath my car so he =had to wench it back up on the truck and take to a service station to lift it and take a sledgehammer to knock off the tow hooks from a lower beams below the steering mechanisms. This seems to be not right I am thinking to my self as I watch the guy swing the hammer. Finally got them off and inspected the damage. some good sized gouges maybe 1/8 to 1/4 inch in size on bottom and top of these beams (beams are light metalic in color maybe they're aluminum). I hope they arn't bent or loosened or something?

Finally, I get to take my car for a drive and the dealer assured me the car would be filled with a tank of gas, well it was on E. *&^%<, now I'm really made. I spoke with the salesman yesterday and he assured me agian that he filled up the car, so he thought this truck driver might have siphoned it out? wholey %$#*, what the hell is going on here? I just want decent service.

Also, I had to send back the maintenance handbook for the delaer to stamp it's service record in it, because there was none. Is this something all of you had done?
