View Full Version : Did a search on "reservoir&leak" but no luck. 99.5 washer fluid reservior is leaking... kip 08-13-1999, 05:24 AM I seem to remeber this topic coming up at one point but can't find in the archive. Anyone else have this prob? Is this a pretty quick fix? What is causing the leak? CraigB 08-13-1999, 05:48 AM Mine was leaking at the second reservoir (closer to the engine), from the pump that feeds the h/l washers. There's a sleeve that holds the pump on the corner of the reservoir and it was cracked, causing the fluid to leak out as fast as it was put in. Also, the level in the second rez was too low and the h/l washers would not activate; not to mention my low fluid warning kept going off. i mentioned it to the dealer at next service and it was replaced. Dealer replaced no problem. |
