If you like it, go for it........very easy to install..........just remove the radio, and you will find two 8mm screws...........remove them and the rest snaps out..........be careful pulling the original cover out.....

1999 A4,1.8TQMS Santorin W/wood trim around the radio

My 99.5 2.8 didn't come with wood trim around the radio. It is black plastic. The rest of the trim is wood. But the radio and climate control area is black.

Are those part numbers for that area?

Why isn't it on the 2.8s? Is it from an A6 or A8?

I WANT ONE!!! It looks incomplete with wood above and below that area.

Are the part numbers the same for the 99.5s?

Dealer's part's Dept..............Sorry........it's for the 1997-99 ONLY............I know that the 1999.5 has black on the bottom portion...........can't tell you if they offer wood for it........

Do these correspond to the currently listed options in the buyer's guide ?
