Just got the Bumper Plugs in the mail today and put them in. It definitely cleans up the front bumper.

I do feel a little silly spending that much on four small pieces of plastic though! :)

hate to sound dumb, but exactly what are these for? Where do they mount?

I learned what they are from reading the forum as well. I took off my front license plate bracket and had the four screw holes left in the front bumper. The "Bumper Plugs" are dime sized plastic plugs that match the color of your car and can be inserted into the screw holes to cover them up.

They can be purchased from a web site that explains them a little better than I just did.
