Hmm, just in this forum now and then. Do you mean the S4 isn't launched in the states yet!?

Since we have had the model on the streets for soon to be 1.5 years! Why would it be so "late" in the states?

The official launch is probably after the Monterey Historic Races in Monterey California. This would be August 30th or thereabouts....OR Audi of America could wait until October 1, 1999. I am guessing (hoping) that it is September 1, 1999.

The my2000 press previews follow the historic festival on Monday. The new TTq, the S4, the bi-turbo A6, the V8 A6 and the new powered A8 will all be released there.

A4.org and VWvortex are driving away 3 new Audis from the press releases, including a TTq, a silver S4 and a V8 A6. That will be a fun ride back to Chicago, eh? Are you ready Matt?

We will be posting more information about our x-country trip in our forums, as well as places you can meet up with the caravan to see the new cars and meet the staff.

No, we're gonna plan on organizing some type of co-get-to-gether so that everyone can meet up somewhere along the way. Dinner, bench racing, talking smack, picking on George, driving the snot out of the S4... cool stuff like that.

We're also gonna make it easy for readers to hook up with us along the way for camping or even just some cool road-trip stuff.
