Hello there,
A few issues I would like cleared up:
When you have a spare ECU (with chip) how do you make sure it works (is coded) for your keys ?
I am talking about the immobilizer which all A4's here in Europe have I believe. Do you have to go to a dealer to get it coded or what ?
Is there any procedure that you have to go through, or is it a simple 5 min operation to switch between the stock ECU and the tuned one ?
BTW, is a U.S. ECU the same as a European ECU ? The cars have the same specs.
Appreciate feedback.
