I thought the trip computer informs you that service is required when you hit 5k? (My '00 A4 did).
Any suggestions for the 5k service?
Can I get them to check the alignment just"because"?

I notice when I hit "milestones" like 5k, 10k, 20k, etc. I don't need no stinking alarm telling me to go get my oil changed! I also don't need no ejaculation alarm going off when my car is running out of wiper fluid. I also don't need no "scare the **** out of ya'" alarm when the car is low on fuel! What the hell is the gas gauge there for???

...the low fuel alarm is enough to make you crash.
