Is there a rear valence that actually fits the NA bumper (except for the Reiger valence that LLTek sells)? If not, how are people generally fixing this problem. You can even see how big some gaps are on the projektzwo A4 in EC (RPI Equipped).
Thanks

If the part is way off, you may need to have work done or get an exchange if it is hopeless. Some parts in certain batches seem to be better than others in the case of A!AvantGarde parts. Also, watch out for cheap imitation/knockoffs....they are not usually a good fitment.
If the part is only slightly off or needs fabrication in order to fit better, a very good installer/body shop that specializes in auto parts fabrication can do it.
The unfortunate part is that the body kits are made in Europe for European spec cars and it's very hard to get a perfect fitment without some work, in most cases.

Hey RTK,
My car will be wearing the second Projektzwo in Vancouver by the end of this week after the Ron's Part's A4. But my install will look 100 times better than RPI's, because I'm spending 100 times more.
I just came back from the bodyshop today to have a look at the pieces. What I had them do was to mold the kit into the stock bumpers by applying urethane into the seams then smoothing everything out. It's a lot of work, but there will be no line on my bumper.
The bodyshop actually misunderstood me and only molded in the front piece. They thought I only wanted the rear valence extended to the wheel well, and had not molded it into my rear bumper. I'm just glad they haven't painted it yet. I'm getting the rear piece molded as well tomorow.
In order to extend the rear valance of my Projektzwo kit, what the fabricator did was actually rivetted a piece of metal to the edges of the valence before covering it with urethane. It looks great, no one will be able to tell.
My one piece Projektzwo front bumper looks amazing!! and the rear will looks just as good after it's molded in. Be prepared to spend double the regular kit installation cost though.
Hope this helps.
