The Blue is nice, so is the yellow. How will you feel about those colors in a year? 2 years?

On the plus side, brown was pretty much out as a car color at the end of the 80's and it is now making a comeback.

Nogaro and Imola are cool colors. It's just a matter of how much you want to be noticed. The blue and the yellow do make quit an impression, especially the yellow. I wish I had the guts to choose something that flashy. My dealer would have wanted $42,000 up front if I had picked Imola yellow. ;)

Why? Nogaro was my definite choice but didn't know if the silver interior was really a grey or slight shade of off-white. So I decided on going with the silver cause then I'd get the silver alcantara/leather interior. BUT, don't like the silver on the new A4s - the bright aluminum silver in previous A4s had a blue tint which looked really nice. New silver is too creamy - like a blend of pearl white and silver. So, Santorin cause it's the closest to my Europa Blue/grey interior - but then, I didn't want to get my next car (especially an S4) with the same color combo. Thought I was firmly set on black cause it looks awesome especially on the Avant. But wait, we're not getting the S4 Avant - darn. So, what did I do? Go back to Nogaro Blue because:

1) It's what I wanted first - regardless of what people said.
2) It is exclusive to the S4s.
3) I just like the color blue.

So, if people tell you that you'll get sick - that's their opinion. People said the same thing about my Europa blue cause it had a purplish tint - turned out I loved it even more cause it looks black sometimes and then turns all funky in certain lighting conditions kind of like my old Pearl white Coupe Quattro.

Go with what you feel is innately you. Also, don't listen to people telling you that the outside color doesn't matter b/c you spend most of you're time inside - true but maybe they don't spend hours and hours washing/waxing/detailing their cars and then plop down to admire how great the car (A4) looks.

And don't listen to people - it'll confuse you more! Hope this helps...

While waiting silently to find out how much my future S4 will cost, I've been able to convince my sister into buying one. She wants silver cause she wants to keep a low profile. She will be known as StealthGirl!!!
